Dr. Spero was late for every single appt. At one point, we were scheduled for the first appt. of the day. The secretary asked me to call when we were on our way. (Seriously?) I called and the doctor still arrived 45 mins late. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Also, he would come into the waiting room after my son's appt. and discuss (in front of other patients) my son's progress. The worst part was I felt we learned more about him (because he never shuts up long enough to listen) than he learned about my son. I definitely don't recommend Dr. Spero unless you want to hear about his glory days as a gymnast or about a trained turtle.

I took my son there for aftercare after he tried to commit suicide. Spero's folks forgot we were coming for the first visit. Again, on the third visit, the guy came out, said I forgot - come back next week, and shut the door in our faces. Worse than one star

Dr. Spero seemed to take his business seriously and seemed to be very experienced. I really felt that he knew his stuff, he answered all my questions, and he displayed a tremendous amount of patience with my son.

Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.

Ask Dr. Spero about his own divorce and how his hate for his ex-wife reflect in his treatment of women.
