I loved taking classes with Christine as my yoga instructor! Kripalu Yoga focuses not only on the physical poses, but also on delving into the spiritual aspects of each pose. It is a gentle yoga that is primarily interested in aligning body and spirit so that one becomes aware of the unobstructed flow of energy within the body as the animating force of life (prana). Christine is an excellent teacher--calm, relaxed, encouraging, and very competent in her knowledge and execution of yoga asanas (poses). The studio is lovely, too--it has a very intimate, relaxed and quiet atmosphere that is beautifully appointed with soothing colors, soft carpeting, and an historic brick wall from the 1800's. All in all, I highly recommend this form of yoga and this particular teacher. Kudos, Christine!!

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They have a promotion or special going on for new people.
