I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. He does do the cleaning of your teeth himself as opposed to having an assistant do that.
