I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I hate dentists yet since I've gone to Tim my mouth is in the best shape in years. He is very aware of my difficulty with denists and I feel no pain and when needed am sedated. I'm not afraid of the dentist thanks to Dr. Runco. He is both professional and friendly.

I am so happy you opened your own practice in Robinson. I can't wait to see you again at the Dental Spa. I am a dental phobic and will definitely follow
