Please, please don't take your children here. I am one of the many children he has seen, and it still gives me nightmares and inconveniences me daily.

This man is incredibly greedy, absolutely would NOT listen to me. My most recent experience was about 2 years ago, maybe. I went in to get a check-up and have a cavity filled- nothing drastic. He took my twin sister's and my x-rays, and told my sister she would absolutely HAVE to have her wisdom teeth removed, there was no way to avoid it, her mouth was a train-wreck, etc. She has very straight teeth though, and plenty of room in her mouth. Still, it was drastic, dire- an emergency. We decided to do it later though, since she was nearly 17 at the time, and experiencing no pain or discomfort. It's been years since then, my sister's wisdom teeth grew in with absolutely no problems or pain whatsoever. The same way all kids grow in teeth- nothing at all that was uncomfortable. He blatantly lied about her needing them removed.

Next was my turn. He didn't mention anything about my wisdom teeth. As a kid I chipped one of my front teeth and had to have half replaced, and that half is SLIGHTLY more square than natural. Still, though- you couldn't tell and it looked like it was totally natural. Since it was *slightly* more square than the other tooth though, he insisted my natural and unbroken tooth was chipped. Kept asking if it hurt, blah blah blah. It was NOT chipped. It was perfectly normally shaped, very slightly rounded at the corners, which is completely normal, versus the fake tooth which was very slightly angled. I INSISTED it was fine, and I didn't want it to be fixed. I said I wanted it to stay the same, it didn't need fixing, etc. I was very adamant that he leave it alone. Against my wishes, he DID IT ANYWAY. My two front teeth are now uncomfortably close together, and he did a terrible job. There's an obvious ridge that isn't flush with the tooth, and it gets caught every single time I floss. It's a nuisance and I despise it.

This man's counter staff (I believe her name was Chris) also publicly humiliated and shamed my little sister (about 8 or 9 at the time) by YELLING in the office that she wasn't going to get any stickers/whatever they give to children because she wasn't being "a good girl" She wasn't being a "good girl" because she was afraid, and intimidated by this horrible, horrible dentist.

Please, please don't go. It's an awful and scary place. This man is harsh and rude to children, and so are his staff. This place is terrible, it looks nice, sure- but the people are awful.

The staff member Cody was incredibly rude, unprofessional and obnoxious to work with. I believe she is the receptionist and/or possibly the office manager. The dentist, dental assistants, and others providing direct patient care were nice. Having to deal with Cody, her attitude and complete disregard for common courtesy - I will NEVER be back. It was that far over the line, that a person with no direct patient contact can ruin the efforts of the qualified staff.

Dr. Martin and his staff have been working with my family for well over ten years. They have always been more than willing to accomodate our family needs in any way possible. The staff is professional, personal, and polite; most of their small staff knows all of the patients by name. Very clean, friendly, and family oriented practice. I could go on with the compliments but it is easier to simply say that I cannot think of any negative experience at Dr. Martin's practice.

Dr. Martin is the only dentist I have ever gone too. I am now 25 and married and still go. Hopefully when I have children he will still be practicing because I wouldn't think of another place to go.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
