I felt like the office staff could be more friendlier. as far as the rest of the staff, they were fantastic and kind. They would go out of their way to comfort me as I have a huge fear of dentist. I never went back to the chair afraid. They all took the time to know me and remember my name despite he large amount of people that come through there.
the front staff i found to be nice at times but for the most part they made me feel uncomfortable. They ignore you when you are trying to wait and ask a question and they just avoid having contact with the patients which made checking in pure hell.
