They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
