The doctor always take the time to listen to me. I know he really cares about me and what I have to say. The front office staff could be more friendly, especially Terri I think was her name.....she needs to take a training class on front office etiquette. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, but I was very comfortable the entire time. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. They scheduled my next cleaning for 6 months out.
