They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They get you and start working right away. Even if it's just for a cleaning, they don't waste time and they stay on schedule...I love that! Dr. Trent is very nice and listens to any concerns you might have. I highly recommend him and his staff!

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it but that's because my insurance usually covers most of it. Always very nice on the telephone when making appointments.

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
