I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. I actually got in on very short notice with Dr. Ricks for a very painful emergency procedure. He was the only one in the area willing to take me at a moments notice. I was welcomed and treated great! I was so impressed by his care and the care of his staff. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was simply a walk-in in need of emergency care, but now I plan on being a patient for life! Thank you!

Dr. Ricks is a very personable guy and would recommend him to anyone! Besides being a great dentist, he's very affordable. I went to him for braces and couldn't afford to pay in full so he made it affordable for me by putting me on a payment plan. Everyone who works there is very friendly and it's a great atmosphere.
