Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with this office. We had an appointment at 3:00. I understand that sometimes they run late, but we waited until 4:30. And people where coming in at 4 and later and were going in before us. I thought it was extremely unprofessional. Also this was the first time my 3 year old has been to the dentist and I or my husband where not allowed in the back with him, which I was not told this before hand. Also while we were waiting in the waiting room, we could see into the back where a dentist had came out of a room with gloves on started talking to another lady and put her hand up on the wall then went back into the room, hopefully she changed her gloves before she put her hands into someone's mouth! My husband is certified in bloode bourne pathogens and that is VERY unsanitary! I am extremely happy that we left before my son was even seen! I will NEVER come back to this office!!!!

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
