They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I think Dr. Solomon and Port meet the going "rates" for dentists in the area. They are well respected within the local community and have a large patient base. They also take my insurance which has proved advantageous to me.
