The staff paid close attention to me and answered all of my questions. Her staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. Dr Arena does beautiful work and I feel a lot more confident about about the way I look and feel. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was not rushed and because of that, things went well. Very clean and well decorated office and I felt like I never left my home.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
