They didn't display their qualifications; Dr Benjamin Shelton did not examine me and he never introduced himself. None of my issues were solved, it was very superficial, got out of there with noone of my issues solved. I am very disappointed.Even letting them know issues such as jaw clicking and possible treatment, I am told that since it doesnt hurt its not an issue! I am working in one of the best hospitals, and this type of care is not acceptable even for a first visit!

They paid close attention to me and most of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was somewhat satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I have to reschedule an appointment to commence a root canal procedure on a lower right molar which is chipping away.
