]I've had a few procedures done by Dr. Faiella. He was recommended by my DMD (Stephen Kerr-Plymouth). This stuff is never fun but if you have to get it done this is the guy to go to.!

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
