I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
