They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

This dentist left medical gauze in my tooth before sealing it with a permanent crown after a root canal. I lost my tooth and experienced a year of pain when the roof of my mouth formed boils. The dentist was not compassionate or able to identify the problem. His license should be revoked for negligence.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

I would totally recommend this dental provider. I was welcomed, felt very comfortable, and all my questions were answered. I understood my options and associated costs/coverages before treatment was started. Everyone is friendly and happy. You'll like them too :-)
