I am very satisfied with the service that the assistants give to me. Also, when I ask for inmetiatilly assistance because I need an Invisalign ajustment, they give an appointment as soon they can.

We Chose Dr Prater and her Orthodontic office first, because of Dr Praters experience and competence with Orthodontics!!! Our Family was impressed with her treatment plans for our two daughters and the reasonable payment options!!! Dr Praters office is clean and inviting and her staff very welcoming!!! We're happy to be patients??

My overall experience at Rancho Del Rey Ortho can easily be described as excellent. From the moment I first walked into the office, until the final phases of treatment has been a pleasure. The staff has always been both friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Prater's level of skill and professionalism has exceeded all expectations that I had before walking into my first appointment. I am beyond satisfied with the results of the treatments. Without hesitation, I would readily recommend Rancho Del Rey Orthodontics to anyone in need of such services.

The office staff is extremely efficient and so kind to my daughter and her siblings at each and every visit. My daughter was anxious about receiving her spacers and expander, but Dr. Prater calmed her fears and was very patient. Dr. Prater walked my daughter through her treatment plan and made sure that both of us were comfortable with the service we received. The staff is consistently punctual and efficient; they are professional and personable. This is a wonderful orthodontist office and we are thankful to have found them!

dr. Prater is awesome! Claudia is a sweetheart. Aida has the voice of an angel. Scarlett is very kind and gentle. Marbella is exceptional with managing the schedule and the financial aspect of treatment. This office totally rocks!
