The people who work there could care less about the customer. I was treated unkindly .They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. When I left my appointment, I honestly couldn't tell if they cleaned my teeth or not. They didn't feel any cleaner at all. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back.

They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
