Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is good.
