The first time I went they did an ok job with the cleaning. I decided to give them another try after the sent me a reminder and made the appointment. I showed up and sai that they didn't check insurance but I could pay $70 if I wanted my teeth cleaned. I agreed since I left work early to make the appt, but then they told me they didn't have time to clean my teeth because someone else was waiting. They asked me to go back. I went back one more time and they couldn't explain to me why they wouldn't be able to see me again. Just excuses. Don't recommend this place, it is very unprofessional. Will not go back.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
