It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. This acupuncturist really takes great care when inserting the needles during treatment.They were so great, I couldn't feel a thing. The office was easy enough to find. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I have never received biased input from this acupuncturist.

This office really took a lot of time and effort to make sure that there was no noise and that the environment was soothing. I will definitely be back, the ambiance couldn't have been better! They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Just as a side note, this business is conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and near all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment! They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never been treated with more kindness and empathy.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Yes, Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely; they are always very careful and meticulous

I would rather go to Iva than ANY western medicine doctor. She is the very best acupuncturist in the world. She truly cares about her patients and brings extensive training in several disciplines to the exam room. She combines all of her skills to obtain great results for her patients. Acupuncture is both a science and an art in her office.
