Dr, Zhao services exceeded my expectations. She explained all treatments to me, asked many questions about my pain, and within a few visits my pain was diminished to the point that I was able to resume all tasks and exercises and I felt like new again! After 6 visits or so all my pain was gone and I was able to just come back every 3-6 months or so for a treatment. I felt no pain from the needles. Her office is comfortable, warm, quiet, and so relaxing that I generally fell asleep during treatment!

I have been to see Helen several times. Her rates are reasonable, her expertise is EXCELLENT, she's a genuine, warm woman who knows what she is doing. I would recommend her to anyone. I have seen many acupuncturists, from Maine to NYC & she is one of the best, most likable & most knowledgeable.
