Afua told me things that my primary doctor had already diagnosed. She went above and beyond to explain the process and what I could expect from the treatment. I finally feel like I can start solving some of my health issues that have been lingering for years.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

Dr. Bromley is a caring professionalHer primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I have never received biased input from this acupuncturist. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. My appointment lasted longer than closing time and they were more than happy to stay open until I was finished. I was very grateful for that. The table I laid on during my treatment was so comfortable. I loved the table so much I probably could have fallen asleep on it. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. They remain fully focused on me and never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me insane.
