The staff here is completely rude and not friendly in the least. They are completely cold. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to client complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the issue. That's just bad business.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
