He does Japanese acupuncture, which is a slightly different technique from the more common Chinese-based practices (more needles, shallower placement). Dr Wago is a very caring man, very professional, very considered. I have found his treatments to be generally quite effective

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this clinic. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I couldn't believe how much of a difference my appointment with them made. When I left I felt the best I ever have. I feel so confident that this acupuncturist will do whatever is necessary to free me of pain! We are a team and I love how confident the whole office is in the practice!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
