They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never been treated with more kindness and empathy. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been to. From the moment I walked in the door, I realized how respected this acupuncturist was among the staff! The numerous staff members told me how great they were and it really made me feel privileged to be apart of the practice! They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. This was the most welcoming acupuncturist I've ever visited. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I couldn't believe their level of skill and experience. Instead of just treating my symptoms, which some other places I've been to have done, they gave me comprehensive, holistic care. They knew that just treating my symptoms wouldn't be effective. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I loved that I felt like a personal friend, instead of a patient with a problem. They took the time to get to know me and it really made all the difference in the world! Thank you! When I left my treatment I felt absolutely fantastic. I didn't experience any side effects at all, and I will definitely be going back.

Not at all, it smelled fantastic!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Several things impressed me about my visit with Pamela Bellamy, L.Ac. One, she took nearly two hours with me in my first visit, going over every aspect of my health. In detail, we explored my diet, habits and lifestyle to help guide my choices in ways that could allow me to take back my health. She provided me with resources to better educate myself on taking a more proactive roll in my health, including informative sites on the internet and books which might help to inform and inspire me. Her direct and honest in approach in telling you what you "need" to hear is presented in a very professional, supportive, and encouraging way. My experience has shown me through treatments which extend beyond the scheduled session and are directed, not only at the immediate imbalance but at improving one's lifestyle, Pamela has a genuine concern for others' well being.
