MIN TIAN IS THE ONLY ACCUPUNCTURIST IN TALLAHASSEE THAT I WOULD TRUST. SHE IS HIGHLY TRAINED, COMPETENT, AND VERY CARING. SHE IS ALWAYS WILLING TO DISCUSS PATIENTS' HEALTH AND WELL BEING, AND NEVER RUSHES THE PATIENT AS MOST DOCTORS DO.
THE EXPERIENCE IS LIKE GOING TO A FAMILY DOCTOR WHO IN GENUINELY INTERESTED IN HER PATIENTS.

They are extremely knowledgeable in all the elements of Chinese herbal medicine. They even incorporated them into my treatment and it really helped alleviate my symptoms. This office really took a lot of time and effort to make sure that there was no noise and that the environment was soothing. I will definitely be back, the ambiance couldn't have been better! They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been to. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Since the first experience I had with the office was the parking situation, I started off on the right foot! The parking was easy to find and available.

Dr Min is amazing! She always heals me from whatever it is I come to see her. I am always able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Every time I come here the acupuncturist always remembers me by name and greets me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been a while since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It was obvious that they had years of experience under their belt and loads of training. I was confident that my treatment would go off without a hitch.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity and leave more than enough time in between appointments. They make an extra effort to get to know their clients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are completely committed to helping me for as long as it takes to find the best solution.
