I couldn't believe how compassionate and sympathetic they were to my fear of needles. They went out of their way to make me feel extra comfortable. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

Not terrible or anything, but definately very basic care. Not very accessible either. No Friday or weekend appointments available. Doesn't work very late, so basically you have to take time off work in order to visit. Not great. Sometimes it seems care is "phoned in."
