They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

This office really took a lot of time and effort to make sure that there was no noise and that the environment was soothing. I will definitely be back, the ambiance couldn't have been better! They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't feel rushed at all. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Does this acupuncturist maintain a professional appearance?
Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Its great that they always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting long and are so quick to reply. I really felt like they were happy to be helping me the entire time. I never once got the feeling that they were irritated or would rather be elsewhere. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. She is an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in her care.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
