I love that they never cancel appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to keep my original appointment or at least let me know way in advance if there's an issue. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

This acupuncturist works miracles. I experienced complete relief from my symptoms after treatment and I felt like a new person. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. The entire appointment was so relaxing, which shocked me! I wasn't pressured into buying anything, we didn't even talk about money! Other acupuncturists should learn from them!
They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

Not at all! The ambiance was top notch!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They never lose their cool or get angry. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical waiting room music on. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this clinic. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

Not only were they able to provide every service I was originally promised, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. This was the most welcoming acupuncturist I've ever visited. They gave me a very thorough explanation about how acupuncture works and why its effective. They were happy to answer every question I had.
