They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

They are extremely knowledgeable in all the elements of Chinese herbal medicine. They even incorporated them into my treatment and it really helped alleviate my symptoms. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only did they thoroughly review my medical history before I started treatment, they sat down and discussed it with me too. They asked me questions, and made sure they had all the information they needed before treatment. I knew that the treatment I received would be more accurate and effective because they took the time to review my medical history. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome it. I've felt like an annoyance at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Every time I come here the acupuncturist always remembers me by name and greets me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been a while since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
