The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit. They always made sure that I was comfortable. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. This was the most welcoming acupuncturist I've ever visited. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to make appointments that I didn't think were necessary. I came in as often as I wanted to, and my treatments were fantastic every time.

My medical issues are complicated. I explained them to Dr. Lloyd, he said he could help and I have been coming to him ever since for relief. I tell him what hurts, he fixes it and off I go with my life. Not only are he and Kathy good at what they do, they are good people. A good find, indeed.
