Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They helped me figure the cost of the each aspect of the visit, which was nice since I did not have any eye insurance. The doctor was very indulgent and answered all my questions.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
