I will be a patient forever to Dr. Brajdic. Great service, he gave me good suggestions for contacts and glasses. The support staff was helpful and gave me honest opinions while picking out my frames. Clean office, friendly service. I will be back.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

I don't know where to start. I should have written this awhile ago and I'm sorry to anybody that could have been saved the experience. His receptionists (all but one) are so very rude at least they were to me. He contradicted himself from one visit to the next, (it didn't take me long to switch). Worst of all, my prescription just wasn't right. They had a small selection of frames. I might be poor but I'm not uneducated, he treated me as if I should be grateful beyond belief like he doesn't get paid. I don't care how bad your insurance is, or even if you don't have eye coverage-go somewhere else. Oh, and he really screwed me up because the lions club was supposed to pay for part of the frames and the visit but he billed my access insurance anyway (and he didn't have to do that, his receptionist told me he was a member!) Anyway, my insurance only pays for a visit every so often, so when I went to go to the new eye Doctor, access wouldn't pay for it and I had to pay $90.00 just to be seen!!!!!!!!!!! If you go to the Lions club, (they are given hundreds of thousands of dollars in grants to help pay for glasses) tell them you won't go to Brajdic, there is another Doctor they allow you to see. Actually, if I were you I'd check that out because it just doesn't seem lawful to limit you to go to Doctors that are members of their organization, but I could be wrong.

I am MORALLY compelled to warn all potential patients of Dr. Edward Brajdic. First, The frames I paid for were crooked and in his attempt to straighten them, misshaped them (I paid for designer glasses). Second,He gave me the wrong prescription. HE DOES NOT OWN AN AUTOREFRACTOR (It aids a great deal in finding the right prescription for you) or even a debit/credit machine for payments. After realizing my prescription was off, I called and was told he would have time to examine me again (I went in 20 min. early anyway). During the "exam" he ignored me (yes I'm totally serious). I kept telling him that I could see the letters much clearer with one eye than the other)-he refused to do a more thorough test and when I finally asserted myself and asked him what he was going to do about this problem with the prescription, he put drops in my eyes and IMMEDIATELY looked at them and then told me he couldn't examine me further because he put diluting drops in my eyes. The really sad thing is that he was UNETHICAL-I've had dilating drops put in my eyes several timeS and that's not what he did, he just put regular eye drops in my eyes because for whatever reason, he didn't feel like doing his job. How do I know they were regular eye drops? First,(and anyone that has ever seen an eye Doctor knows this) there was no blurring and second, he looked at them immediately(the drops take several min. to work. Oh, and to top it off, he STEPPED on my book that fell out of my lap and didn't even apologize.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN EYE DOCTOR / OPTOMETRIST / BETTER GO WITH OPHTHALMALGIST DR. HARTMAN 724-836-0190,
He is the best I've seen, and is the kindest professional I've met.
