I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I was pleased with the reception I got-very friendly. I enjoyed my visit. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

Dr. Neugent is pleasant and intelligent. He remembers his patients and is friendly besides. I take all of my family here, and have recommended him highly to several other family and friends.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
