They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
Dr. Longnecker was able to detect a problem with my daughters eyes that no other doctor did. We had taken her to a doctor that her pediatrician recommended for a couple of years. They finally released her saying nothing was wrong. She immediately complained to me about the problem with her eyes. They would wander to the outside when she was tired. Caused her all kinds of problems with school. To the point we had her tested for ADD. I took her to Dr. Longnecker who I had gone to for some time. He immediately saw the problem and told us she needed prism in her glasses to help her eyes focus. He is an awesome doctor.
