Dr. Steinbach has been my eye doctor for....35 years?? Holy smokes. I have moved out of Delaware but still continue as her patient because the care is exceptional. Whether simple annual care for our children or attention to a serious infection, we have always received top-notch care.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Not at all; cheap and plastic
