They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

My family has been seeing Dr. Richman for years and years. We are always impressed with Dr Richman's professional yet caring mannerism, knowledge and obvious attention to details. His staff is extremely helpful in assisting in picking out the right frames, getting the orders correct and following up on all items. We highly recommend Dr. Richman and his office for anyone seeking an Eye Doctor in Tucson.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation.
