They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Their eye equipment was state-of-the-art and really sophisticated. It's so much better than other optometrists I've been to.

Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had
