They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
They did not give the patient the option nor advise to come back with the correct insurance provider. The patient had to pay cash right AT FRONT, so that when we came back with the insurance information, it was too late. THEY SEEM TO TAKE ADVANTAGE of their patient's ignorance, and the patient's not being able to speak or undertand English well enough. The patient paid the high cost for their service and not able to use the insurance benifits accordingly. The service was provided last August, and yesterday, 11/08/2011, we received unexpectedly a statement claiming that the patient still owed them, plus late finance fee. We, the patient's family felt like we were ripped off by this place for not advising the patient to wait and see HR at work first and come back with the insurance information. Seemingly, the staff were not helpful at all.

I would recommend Dr. Esposito to all of my friends. He gave me a great eye exam. They had a lot of frames to choose from. The optician took the time to help me find the perfect frame. His staff was very helpful with my insurance questions. Great Exam, Great Doctor and Great Staff!!

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
