Not only do my appointments never get canceled. They are totally reliable. The Dr. is very qualified and knowledgeable. Some of the ladies in the office could be more savvy though. One broke the lenses on my glasses twice while trying to adjust the fit of the frames. They replaced them, but I had to wait several weeks and make multiple trips to their office. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their equipment was pretty old by the looks of it. It was still in usable condition though.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I would send my friends and family here. I was pleased with my experience. I did enjoy the seating they provided at this eye care facility. The chairs in the waiting room were comfortable. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
