Awsome doctor that my dad referred me too. I take medicine and have to have my eyes thoroughly examined every year. I try to get out of some of the tests becuase I don't like them, but he always insists and is an excellent doctor!!! My daughter goes there now too!

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this eye care office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
Completely!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
