I enjoy how considerate and concerned Dr. Battaglia is for my needs and my individual circumstances. I will trust no one else with my eyes. He is a Dr. not just a strip mall employee. He takes the time needed and respects my time table as well. His office's advice is completely unbiased. They are extremely reliable. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I have left the "chain" style stores found in malls because they are interested in the rules for the corporation and not my needs. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. It isn't always the biggest, newest provider who provides the best care, rather an Honest man of Integrity.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
