There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

The staff knows what they're doing. They were able to answer most of my questions. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. They were conveniently located. It was easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They spent time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I wasn't impressed with their selection of frames for low income patients. The selection was limited at best. I will go back because of convenience. I haven't had much confidence in the accuracy of eye exams in general, in recent years. So lets see if practice makes perfect, or at least better.
