The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was a little nervous that their hands would be too cold, because I've run into that at other places, but they weren't. I was very relieved.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
