I am from Los Angeles, and on my travels through Decorah, I found this wonderful Spa. I couldn't believe how beautiful the atmosphere was, how attentive the service and how professional the therapies! This business is not at all "about business", it's all about true connection and true healing. I felt so personally cared for, and the massage was of such high excellence... I wished we had something even close to DaySpring Spa in Los Angeles! Thank you, Michelle and Kal. I can't wait to be back!

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They are always extremely careful to respect my privacy and knock every single time before they enter the massage room. I never have to worry. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I loved that they just let me take a nap and relax during my massage, and didn't constantly try to make conversation. I got a massage to relax, and I appreciated that they let me do that.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
