The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They are extremely reliable.
