I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me very comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I always feel better when I leave Shepherd Chiropractic, inside and out!

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Yes, I didn't have to drive anywhere!

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. After my chiropractic treatments I no longer experience as much pain. If I behave myself hustory tells me I will continue to get better. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They went over my X-Rays with me in detail. I felt much more comfortable beginning treatment knowing exactly what was wrong with me. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. A++

First off, I have to say that the staff is SUPER friendly & engaging! They make an effort to get to know you and your family. They don't even fuss when I have to bring my 20 month old & 5 month old in with me! They're great with them, and don't complain about distracting the kids while mommy gets adjusted!
Dr. Shepherd has been a life saver, too! I went in with near-disabling back pain that was hindering my ability to tend to my kids. Since my husband is gone all week for work, it put a BIG kink into how my little family ran!
After the first few visits I started seeing drastic improvements in my back, and after a few weeks, the pain was gone!
Thanks to the Shepherd Chiropractic team, I can be a full time, 100% involved, not-so-cranky mother again!! :D
I don't know what I would have done without them!!

They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

Never, they are very reliable.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with Edwin Shepherd III, D.C.. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
