They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I saw the doctor for a total of 2 minutes in each visit. He cracked my back for less than 10 seconds. Not worth my money.

The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the treatments, and I was completely comfortable. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. There was lots of available parking at their office. Both doctors are highly competent and the acupuncture treatments have allowed me to manage chronic pain as an adjunct to my medications.
I am so grateful for all the care I have received.
